SACC Chicago cordially invites you to this year’s Annual Crayfish Party

Please join us for an evening of cocktails and appetizers, followed by a traditional Swedish crayfish dinner, this year including shrimp, and an open bar featuring aquavit, wine and beer.

Back by popular demand, musician and toastmaster Macke Granberg will help us honor our Swedish “snapsvisa” tradition. The evening continues with music, mingling and a raffle drawing.

We are pleased to announce that the crayfish will yet again be prepared by the Northern Crayfish Company according to a traditional Swedish recipe. Chicago's renowned Swedish restaurant Tre Kronor will prepare all the food that accompanies this festive crayfish celebration.
