SACC Chicago offers you the unique opportunity to work in the heart of the Chicago, giving you access to one of the most inovative and creative regions in the United States and the world. An internship gives you the chance to interact directly with some of the most influential leaders and thinkers in this region and you can network with fellow Swedes who have come to the United States and are now successful in a large variety of fields.


REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for the internship program with SACC Chicago, you must meet the following requirements.

General qualifications:

  • The applicant must be 21 years old
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Have finished at least two years of university or technical college in a field related to the trainee position
  • Swedish citizenship required

Personal qualities:

  • The applicant possesses a positive and out-going attitude
  • Ability to take initiative and to perform duties independently


FEES

When placement is finalized the accepted applicant will pay a program fee of 1200 SEK. This will cover costs for the visa application, placement coordination, internship preparation etc.


HOW TO APPLY
We are continuously looking for talented people to recruit for our internship programs. To apply for one of our intern positions, please follow these steps:

  • Send us your resume (CV)
  • Provide copies of certificates/grades from schools


INSTRUCTIONS
Include a one-page essay explaining why you are applying for the program and what you would like to gain. Include specific professional, technical and personal goals concerning the internship. State examples of personal achievements and your engagement in non-profit-, student organizations, sport clubs etc.
